Application documents
- Application for approval:
A formal application for a permit under the Federal Immission Control Act (BlmSchG).
- Project description:
A detailed description of the planned wind power plant with information on the number, type, output and height of the plant, as well as the location and the planned measures.
- Site map:
A scale plan of the site with marking of the facilities, access routes, cable routes and
other relevant institutions.
- Technical data sheets:
Information on the technical characteristics of the wind turbines, such as rated power, rotor diameter,
Tower height and sound level.
- Emissions protection report:
A report that examines and evaluates the impacts of the wind farm on the environment, particularly on noise, shadows and visual impairment.
- Species protection assessment:
:An examination of whether the wind power plant has an impact on protected animal species and, if applicable,
necessary protective measures.
- Landscape conservation plan:
A plan outlining the impact of the wind farm on the landscape and measures to minimize

- Soil report:
A report on the condition of the building site, which is

A commitment from the grid operator that the wind power plant
